These terms govern your use of falfoosup.shop and any purchase or subscription with FALCON FOOD SUPPLIER LTD, trading as Peregrine Pantry. By ordering, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. What we sell

We sell shelf-stable, sealed, ambient-storage food sets and a subscription box — spices, sauces and oils, tea and coffee, honey and preserves, pasta and noodles, and grazing items. Prices are in USD and include the set contents described on each product page.

3. Food safety and allergens

Every product page lists ingredients and an allergen advice panel and states best-before dates and storage. Common allergens we flag include nuts, peanuts, gluten, soy, milk, sesame, celery, mustard and sulphites. Always read the label on each item before use.

If you have a severe allergy, check the pack before consuming. Our products are food, not dietary supplements or medicines, and we make no health, medical, treatment or weight-loss claims. You are responsible for storing and using items per the label.

4. Prohibited categories

We do not sell alcohol, tobacco or vaping products, CBD or cannabis products, infant formula, chilled or fresh perishables, meat or dairy requiring cold chain, or any age- restricted or controlled goods. We only ship ambient, shelf-stable food.

5. Orders and pricing

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a destination is restricted) and will refund any payment taken. All prices are in USD; taxes and duties may apply at destination.

6. Pantry Club subscriptions

Pantry Club and Chef's Table are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly until cancelled. There are no credits or stored balances. You can skip, pause, change tier or cancel in the Customer Portal. A skipped month is not shipped or charged. Cancelling stops future renewals; a box already shipped for the current period is not refundable.

7. Delivery and import

We ship worldwide from Glasgow. Some foods (such as honey or seeds) face destination import rules, and meeting local rules is the buyer's responsibility. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy. We do not ship to embargoed destinations.

8. Returns and refunds

Unopened, non-faulty items may be returned within 14 days; opened consumable food cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; faulty, damaged or incorrect items are fully refunded or replaced. Full detail is in our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Age requirement

You must be 18 or over to order. Customers aged 13–17 may only order with the consent of a parent or guardian. Our store is not intended for children under 13.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for misuse of products contrary to their labels.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
