Where do you ship, and how long does it take?+

We ship worldwide from Glasgow. Orders are typically dispatched within two business days; delivery time depends on destination and customs. Tracking is emailed once your box leaves us.

Everything is shelf-stable — what does that mean?+

Every item is ambient and sealed, so nothing needs refrigeration in transit. Each set lists its best-before date and storage guidance, and each item is individually labelled.

How do I check allergens?+

Every product page lists ingredients and an allergen advice panel. Always read the label on each item before use. If you have a severe allergy, check the pack; our food carries no health or medical claims.

Can I return a set?+

Unopened, non-faulty items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened consumable food cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are fully refunded or replaced. See our refund policy.

How do I manage my Pantry Club box?+

Use the Customer Portal to skip, pause, change tier or cancel at any time. A skipped month is not shipped or charged.

Do you ship food to every country?+

Some foods (such as honey or seeds) face destination import rules, and we do not ship to embargoed destinations. Meeting local import rules is the buyer's responsibility.
