Refund & Returns Policy

Because we sell food, returns follow food-hygiene rules. This policy explains what can be returned, what cannot, and how refunds are handled by Peregrine Pantry.

1. Unopened, non-faulty items

You may return unopened, undamaged, non-faulty items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Please email support@falfoosup.shop before returning so we can confirm the address.

2. Opened consumable food

For food-safety and hygiene reasons, opened or part-used consumable food cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, past its best-before date on arrival, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it in full, including any shipping. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo where possible.

4. Pantry Club boxes

You can skip, pause or cancel in the Customer Portal at any time. A skipped month is not charged. Cancelling stops future renewals. A box already shipped for the current period is not refundable, but if it arrives faulty or damaged we will put it right under section 3.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to your original Stripe payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving a faulty-item claim. We never ask for card details by email.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any non-excludable consumer rights you have under the laws of England and Wales and your country of residence.
